In late November, Topgolf Entertainment Group confirmed its consideration for a second location in St. Louis, MO.
According to several real estate sources, the Dallas-based company has taken interest in Midtown near Compton and Chouteau Avenues, specifically the land that is occupied by St. Louis University (SLU)’s athletic field and a pallet company.
Chouteau’s Landing, located south of the Gateway Arch downtown, is another potential candidate for this proposed build. Topgolf is alegedly looking for 15-acres for this potential location and is currently unsure of whether there would be enough space to fully accomodate the property.
