Three New Attractions Coming to St. Louis Union Station

On Tuesday, St. Louis Union Station announced plans for three new amusement attractions. Construction for this project is set to begin in January 2025, with expected completion by Memorial Day weekend 2025. The new attractions will be located next to the iconic St. Louis Wheel on the southern end of Union Station, within the lively Wheel Park area, which already features popular attractions like the Carousel and Mini Golf course. There will also be new concession booths full of delicious fan-favorite treats and classic carnival games available.

Mini Spinning Coaster
This thrilling train-themed coaster celebrates the rich railway history of St. Louis Union Station, offering twists, turns, and fun for the entire family. The coaster stands 22 feet tall and has 16 seats.

Pirate Ship
A classic amusement ride that takes guests on an adventurous journey, swinging high above the park and providing spectacular views. The Pirate Ship ride will reach a height of 48 feet 6 inches and has 42 seats.

Wave Swinger
This exciting swing ride, themed to honor the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair, elevates guests to new heights with a thrilling and breezy experience suitable for all ages. The Wave Swinger will stand 43 feet 6 inches tall and has 64 seats.
