The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bosther Kusich as General Manager. With an esteemed career spanning 27 years in luxury hospitality, Kusich will oversee all operations for the 299-rooms and suites at the Forbes Four Star/AAA Four Diamond luxury hotel property in Downtown Clayton.
In his past role as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, Kusich delivered extraordinary results, overseeing multi-million-dollar renovation projects, all while navigating the ever-challenging labor market throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout his illustrious career, Kusich has held numerous senior management positions, overseeing food and beverage and hotel operations at various properties, including, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix, and The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota.
Kusich’s passion for luxury hospitality began while holding leadership positions domestically and internationally, starting at the Aruba Marriott & Stellaris Casino. Kusich holds a B.S. Degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from the Central University in Venezuela, in addition to being multilingual in English, Spanish, and Papiamento. His entrepreneurial spirit and wonderful blend of hotel experiences brings a creative and innovative business approach to the organization.
