The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis to Debut Spring Tea Service in The Solarium


With great excitement, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis invites guests to indulge in a timeless tradition with a whimsical twist this springtime with the property’s new Bubbles and Blooms afternoon tea service. Set in The Solarium, the hotel’s magnificent garden terrace event space, the specialty spring tea service will be held April 21 and May 19th from 11 – 2 pm and arrives in perfect harmony with the celebration of April’s National Afternoon Tea Month. Bubbles and Blooms also marks the beginning of the property’s initiative to present creatively appointed afternoon tea services throughout the calendar year, with plans to host the next series al fresco at Casa Don Alfonso, in the coming months.

Executive Chef Yalcin Arslan is thrilled to oversee this beloved tradition and designed a delectable menu filled with traditional savory bites and afternoon tea favorites. Whimsical sweets come to life from the creative mind of Pastry Chef Jeanine Edmonds. Guests are invited to don their favorite floral frocks and fascinators for festive photo opportunities, partake in a build-your-own Bouquet Bar, and elevate their afternoon tea experience with a glass of bubbly, for an additional charge.
