The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, located in downtown Clayton, is proud to announce the appointment of Anne Marie Doyle as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and operational leadership, Doyle brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality across Europe and the United States. Her appointment comes during a milestone year, as the hotel celebrates its 35th anniversary as a pillar of luxury and excellence in St. Louis, and embarks on an exciting reimagining of its grand ballroom.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Doyle began her career in the UK with Swallow Hotels and later held roles at several prestigious properties, including Cliveden House and The Shelbourne. In 2013, Doyle moved to the U.S. with The Ritz-Carlton brand, playing a pivotal role in the reopening of The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage. She later transitioned to The Ritz-Carlton, Santa Barbara, where she led the hotel through a successful repositioning and renovation. In 2018, she joined Montage International and was instrumental in driving record-breaking revenues at Montage Laguna Beach.
In 2023, Doyle became the first female General Manager within the brand of Pendry Hotels and Resorts. She continued to be a trailblazer, serving on the Board of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and contributing to her community through extensive volunteer work with the Boys and Girls Club.
