The City with a Small-town Vibe: Springfield, Missouri

The way we meet in person might be changing, and there are more unknowns than we can count, but Springfield, Missouri will be here when you’re ready.

The city with the small-town vibe, Springfield is nestled in the heart of the Ozarks with everything you need when planning your next in-person (or hybrid!) event, and everything you (and your attendees) WANT.

What You Need

The city has excellent meeting facilities and quality hotels that can fit the needs of your event, big or small. And with capacity and social distancing guidelines at each property and throughout the city, your group can meet feeling safe and comfortable. You’ll also find upgraded hotel cleanliness and safety standards to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The city currently has a mask ordinance in place and businesses are operating at a limited capacity to ensure social distancing to help stop the spread of the virus.
