Offering Appealing “Pick Your Perks” Group Promotion For 2016 Meetings
Considering conducting a meeting or program in the Midwest? Then you should check out the appealing new “Pick Your Perks” group promotion that is being offered by the AAA Four-Diamond The Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, Missouri. Available to new bookings for programs through December 31, 2016, the promotion provides many appealing perks for booking at least 20 rooms at the grand landmark hotel. Ideally located within St. Louis’ vibrant Central West End neighborhood, across the street from picturesque Forest Park which is home to fine museums and the world-renowned St. Louis Zoo, The Chase Park Plaza features 338 deluxe guest rooms and suites, and more than 65,000 square feet of meeting space. To take advantage of the promotion the contract must be signed by July 31, 2016, according to Director of Sales & Marketing David Hume.
Additional on-site offerings at the stately and legendary hotel include the impressive 18,000-square-foot Santé Fitness & Wellness Center, the full-service Aveda Salon & Spa, a five-screen movie theater, an outdoor heated resort-style pool, three diverse dining options (such as the newly opened The Preston restaurant), and indoor parking, all minutes from major highways.
The “Pick Your Perks” group promotion provides your choice of: one perk for booking 20-49 rooms; two perks for booking 50-100 rooms; three perks for booking 101-250 rooms; and four perks for booking 251-500+ rooms.
Perk choices are:
- Complimentary one-hour Cocktail Reception (note this includes House brand beverages, and the chef’s choice of two hot hors d’oeuvres and one cold hors d’oeuvre)
- One complimentary morning break, including fresh fruit and breakfast breads, coffee and tea (note the complimentary break service for guests is equal to the number of actualized guest rooms on the peak night)
- One complimentary afternoon break, including fresh fruit and cookies, coffee and tea (note the complimentary break service for guests is equal to the number of actualized guest rooms on the peak night)
- 10 VIP upgrades
- One complimentary room per 30 rooms contracted
- 20% attrition
- 20% off of A/V rental when PSAV is used (note this is for equipment only, and excludes labor).
Plus, any group that books more than 300 room nights also will receive a free iPad Air 2 tablet for the meeting professional/company, in addition to the four eligible perks.
The “Pick Your Perks” promotion is based on group room availability, and is not valid with any other discounts, promotions or previously contracted business. The program must be consumed in full before December 31, 2016, and the final bill must be paid in full before discounts apply. Note that Apple is not a participant in, or sponsor of, the promotion.
