Survey Loop, an artificial intelligence platform that collects feedback at live events, says it has partnered with Momentus Technologies to put attendee and planner responses inside the venue-management software used by convention centers, stadiums, and arenas.

The companies said the integration ties operational records to experience data so venue teams can see not only what happened at an event, but how planners and attendees received it. Survey Loop said it automates when feedback is requested during the event cycle and turns responses into structured reports.

The integration is designed to capture Net Promoter Scores, customer-satisfaction scores, and sentiment; flag service gaps; cut manual reporting and spreadsheet rollups; and deliver feedback summaries in Slack and Microsoft Teams.

“Working with Brandon and the Survey Loop team has been a great partnership from day one,” said Steve Mackenzie, chief innovation officer of Momentus Technologies. “Their expertise combined with our platform gives venues a whole new level of visibility and control over how they run surveys — exactly the kind of integration that makes life easier for our customers.”

Brandon Spriggs, founder and chief executive officer of Survey Loop, said demand for in-person events has raised the pressure on venues to deliver memorable experiences, while a real-time view of how those experiences land has been missing. “Together with Momentus, we’re giving venues a more complete view of the event experience,” Spriggs said.

Survey Loop said the tool is now available across Momentus and serves convention centers, stadiums, and arenas in more than 45 countries. Momentus Technologies said its platform has more than 90,000 users at more than 4,000 venues in more than 45 countries.
