SurePods recently conducted its first installation in the St. Louis market at Midas Hospitality’s new Element by Westin hotel. SurePods—which is the leading provider of prefabricated bathroom solutions in North America—are high-quality modular units designed to accelerate construction. The pods consolidate everything from electrical to plumbing, creating one precise factory-built product.
Currently scheduled to open late Summer 2020, Element is located at 3763 Forest Park Ave. only three blocks from the Cortex Innovation District. The property is directly across from the St. Louis Foundry redevelopment and backs up to St. Louis University. The seven-story hotel will include 153 extended stay rooms and feature a 10,000-square-foot retail space plus a rooftop bar and restaurant. The Element concept encourages renewal through a nature-influenced environment and is constructed with an efficient use of space and sustainability in mind.
