Denver – July 19, 2018 – Silverwest Hotels LLC (Silverwest), a Denver-based hospitality investment and management company, today announced the acquisition of the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel in the St. Louis suburb of Clayton, Missouri. The purchase expands the company’s holdings to properties in five states and signals the beginning of major renovations for the hotel.

“We’re very pleased to be acquiring The Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel and adding it to our growing portfolio of hotels and destinations,” said Edward Mace, co-founder and C.E.O. of Silverwest. “We look forward to implementing a plan that will substantially enhance the hotel’s appeal and the guest experience. The transition in ownership will be seamless for the guests. In the next few months we will be announcing the changes we’ll be bringing to the property,” he added.

Silverwest is planning to begin renovations in the fall of 2018 including enhancements to the 259-room hotel’s exterior.
