Big Cedar has a vast assortment of earthy, picturesque meeting and event space at the Grandview Conference Center that adds a unique flair to company gatherings. There are seven spaces within Big Cedar’s convention center that are suitable for large and small functions.

The Grandview Ballroom and the Lakeview Rooms are the largest spaces in the Grandview Conference Center, accommodating 10-1,000 attendees. Ideal for sizable, interactive conferences, The Grandview Ballroom fits up to 1,000 attendees in the 10,794 square-foot room. And for large, formal presentations, The Lakeview Rooms seat up to 285 attendees in the 3,162 square-foot room, and it can be split into three smaller rooms,
The Business Lounge, Table Rock Boardroom, the Osage Room, and the Dogwood Boardroom in the Grandview Conference Center are suitable for smaller functions, containing 195-1,346 square-feet of private meeting space and seating 8-78 attendees.
Other notable private event spaces within the Big Cedar property 4,765 square-foot Stables at Integrity Hills, the Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy seating up to 600 meeting attendees, and the Wine Cellar Event Room seating up to 100 people.
