Wallethub recently came out with an updated unemployment report that illustrates how quickly Kansas is rebounding from heightened unemployment. With #1 being the fastest recovery, and #51 being the slowest recovery, Kansas ranks #14 in the nation.
This report ranked each state with the following parameters:
- Unemployment Rate (July 2020)
- Change in Unemployment (July 2020 vs. July 2019)
- Change in Unemployment (July 2020 vs. January 2020)
- Not Seasonally Adjusted Continued Claims (July 2020 vs. July 2019)
