Kansas City, MO is expecting a lively new property to overtake the previously-vacant Jack Henry Building at Country Club Plaza in late 2020.
Sold in 2018 for $21.1 million, Drake Development will renovate this property over the next year. This establishment will be converted into an entertainment venue that offers food, booze, and bar games. Featured activities will include duck pin bowling, Foosball, Yardzee, ping-pong, private karaoke, and arcade games. In addition, companies can book private events at this establishment, whether it is a corporate meeting, company party, or a special event.
Punch Bowl Social identifies the venue as an “experimental lifestyle brand”. This will make Kansas City’s latest property redevelopment an appealing space for companies who employ Millenials, or for the company associate who wants to meet in an upbeat, alternative setting.
