Publisher of MEET Kansas Releases New Children’s, Law, and Healthcare Books

Publishing Concepts, LLC, publisher of MEET Kansas and the MEET family of publications, has welcomed three new authors.

Theresa Bowe, founder of the Don’t Touch Me movement, nationally released an illustrated children’s book about a topic that is very common, but hard to talk about.  My Mommy’s Boyfriend introduces young children to the idea of sexual abuse, what to do if they ever encounter this situation, and more importantly, that confiding in multiple trusted adults is a major component in putting an end to child molestation.

Susan Sparrow, victim of an estate nightmare, released a true story about the importance of maintaining an up-to-date will.  Where There’s a Will There’s a WRONG Way emphasizes how creating and updating wills and carefully selecting trusted, ethical executors are measures families can take to fairly distribute assets and fulfill the requests devised in the will.

Larry Halverson, M.D., a retired family physician and family medicine educator, is releasing a biography about a widely revered family doctor that impacted the rural town of Chester, Montana.  Windblown: The Remarkable Life of Richard S. Buker Jr., MD highlights Dr. Buker’s informed and imaginative healthcare practice and challenges us to reconsider our current healthcare system.
