In late December a new operations staff was hired. Sean FitzGibbons joined the team as Executive Director. Originally from St. Louis, Sean comes to the Foundry from Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum in Cincinnati, Ohio where he served as Director.
“I look forward to working with the City of St. Charles as the Executive Director of the Foundry Art Centre,” said Sean FitzGibbons. “The Foundry has an important role as a cultural institution for the community by providing a welcoming and creative environment. I am excited at the opportunity to continue the Foundry’s mission.”
Rounding out the team are Jessica Mannisi, Art & Exhibitions Coordinator; Jenny Kettler, Education & Program Coordinator; Rachel McCalla, Special Events Coordinator; and David Helling, Facility Coordinator.
