Kayla Mason is the CFO/COO and Co-Founder of SipSteady, a women-owned business and the first Marketing & PR agency that exclusively partners with non-alcoholic beverage brands and sober-friendly businesses. Her years of experience in different sectors, including eleven years in industrial engineering, years in health and wellness advocating and entrepreneurship, and sustainable short-term rentals, have all added to her diverse skill set.

Kayla’s work has been featured in national publications such as Yahoo!, Architectural Digest, and Global Viewpoint. Her desire to educate on inclusive spaces comes from her experience in the corporate world. Kayla is driven to provide a new lens in the non-alcoholic category and bring awareness to the innovation taking place.
