Cedar Lake Cellars, a winery and event facility in Wright City, Mo., has named Gabriella Bolm vice president. She is responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and financial planning for the winery and event space. Bolm formerly worked in sales and business development for an international cosmetic company.

His territory includes the east coast and

force director of sales. She is responsible
for on-property assistance, training, and

Euclid Strayhorn CMP to the post of catering
operations manager. Strayhorn has an
extensive history in government contract
meeting planning, hotel banquet facility
management, corporate food and beverage,
and related fields. He is a past owner of
catering and electronics businesses as well.
The Greater St. Charles Convention
and Visitors Bureau’s Joe Ward recently
received his Certified Destination Management
Executive credential from the
Destination Marketing Association International.
Ward is director of the CVB.
Spectra Food Services & Hospitality
and the Gateway Center in Collinsville,
Ill., have named Carl Vollmer executive
chef. The Cincinnati native attended
the Midwest Culinary Institute, specializing
in pastry arts. He formerly served
as head pastry chef, kitchen supervisor
and executive sous chef at Duke Energy
Convention Center in Cincinnati.

Ambassador Award recently was given to
Lagina Fitzpatrick, group sales director for
