Dana Maugans celebrated 20 years of employment at the Springfield, Missouri, Convention & Visitors Bureau on Jan. 16. Maugans leads the sales force that works to bring group business, such as convention and amateur sporting events, to Springfield. During her tenure as sales director, thousands of people have visited the city due to group events booked by the CVB.
