Johnny Danrich III
Johnny Danrich III, CMP, CASE, returned to St. Louis last December to launch Danrich & Associates (LLC), a site-selection and events-planning firm.
Danrich will provide meeting management opportunities upon request, such as coordination/planning, program administration and destination management,
as well as onsite assistance. Danrich most recently was employed by the Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau, where since February 2012 he had been
director of sales and services. Danrich is also excited about applying his marketing and sales expertise to Missouri Meetings & Events.
Trevor Gardner is the new Executive Meeting Manager for the Lodge of Four Seasons. Prior to this position Trevor spent 9 years in Denver, CO as the Sales Manager for two Sheratons and The Embassy Suites. He has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Ozark Technical College and is a native to the Lake of the Ozarks where he began his hotel
career at the age of 18, as a bellman at The Lodge of Four Seasons.
Michelle Kauten has joined the Lodge of Four Seasons Golf Resort Marina & Spa as an Executive Meeting and Special Events Manager. Prior to joining The Lodge, Kauten worked as Community Center Director for The Shores at Five Island, a clubhouse with a meeting and events center in northwest Iowa. Kauten holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant,
and Institutional Management from South Dakota State University.
Justin Stine has been named meetings and sports sales manager for the Kansas City Kansas Convention & Visitors Bureau.Stine will be responsible for bringing in new business and maximizing revenue for the meetings, convention and sports-related markets. Stine has spent eight years in the convention business, including five as director of sports alliance for the Overland Park, Kan., CVB
Chef Paul Trout is the Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa, and Convention Center new Executive Chef. He is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at the resort, which boasts one of the largest convention centers in Missouri with 43,500 square feet of flexible meeting space. He also oversees the food at the resort’s dining venues which include: the Chateau Grille, the Downstairs Deli, the Atrium Café and Wine Bar, and the Sweet Shoppe, as well as in-room dining. Prior to his promotion, Chef Trout served as the resort’s Executive Sous Chef for five years.
Will Forrest is the newly appointed sales manager for the Kansas City Marriott Downtown where he is responsible for increasing market share of convention and group travel from the important associations markets on the east coast. Prior to joining the hotel he served as a west coast convention sales manager at the Venetian Palazzo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Stephanie Johnson is the new Account Executive for the St. Louis Division of Specialty Linen. As new account executive to a family-owned business and a trendsetter in the specialty linen industry, Stephanie brings the highest level of personal service to her fellow employees and clients.
Nathaniel Reid is recognized as one of the top pastry chefs in America, Nathaniel Reid has opened Nathaniel Reid Bakery in Kirkwood Missouri, offering fresh baked goods and desserts made daily from scratch. In 2012, Dessert Professional Magazine recognized Reid as one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America and in 2010 he was selected as winner of the U.S. Pastry Competition and named Pastry Chef of the Year. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with a grand diploma in Culinary and Pastry Arts.
