She will apply her fresh, lively and always impeccable emcee talents to keep us on schedule and entertained. Richardson is working on her master’s degree in communications from University of Missouri-St. Louis, with an expected graduation date of 2014. Some of the titles won by Jillian include Miss Hannibal and Miss Metro St. Louis 2013. She recently was awarded first place in the interview portion of the 2013 Miss Missouri Pageant, which took place in June 2013 in Mexico, Mo.
