Loews hotels is expanding its property development across both major regions in Missouri. Live! by Loews – St. Louis is opening on February 26, 2020, and on April 2, 2020, the Kansas City Region will be receiving a Loews Kansas City Hotel.
The Kansas City property will contain 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space that can accommodate groups up to 3,000 guests, and it will be connected to the Kansas City Convention Center with new connector bridge over Wyandotte St.
In addition, the Loews Kansas City Hotel will boast the largest hotel ballroom in the city with the 27,000 square foot City Beautiful ballroom. The hotel will also contain a 13,000 square foot junior ballroom with 9700 square feet of pre-function space.
For standard meetings, this property will feature functional meeting space that is divisible into 22 rooms, plus 3 additional boardrooms.
