International Study Shows “The Future Role and Purpose of Business Events”

The German Conventions Bureau recently released a study entitled “The Future Role and Purpose of Business Events” that analyzed perceptions of event registration, virtual reality and livestreams, event venues, knowledge and learning at events, hotel booking platforms, real-time analysis of participant behavior, virtual spaces, how the success of an event will be measured, and more.  This study used the Kano model to measure various generations’ outlook on forthcoming events, which differentiates between five quality levels, i.e., basic, performance, enthusiasm, rejection and irrelevant features.
