Following a top-to-bottom restoration, the Hotel Audubon recently added seven spacious boutique style rooms to the historic property. A Ste. Genevieve landmark since 1903, this storied hotel at the corner of Main and Merchant Streets was named after one-time resident John James Audubon. Part of a three-phase redevelopment, the Hotel Audubon joins the Audubon Grill and Bar and Cellar ‘56 in offering a centralized location for groups and special events seeking a unique setting in the heart of the Ste.
