Gather in “Downtown’s Living Room” And Meet with Relaxed Elegance

By MM&E Staff

When we think of corporate meetings, we often picture big cities and large buildings. But as companies seek out unique establishments progressively more, it has attracted them to smaller cities with hidden gems. Nestled in downtown Springfield, Hotel Vandivort expanded in fall 2019 and has hosted many meetings and events since its renovation. This property aims to create an urban boutique atmosphere while drawing from Springfield’s rich history and culture.

Meet Efficiently, Meet Beautifully

This boutique hotel offers three meeting and event spaces for industry conferences and presentations. All the corporate gathering spaces have varying sizes to accommodate different meeting and event layouts.

The Vandivort Ballroom is a 2,800 square-foot, adaptable space that can seat up to 160 guests. It is located on the top level of the hotel, and it overlooks downtown Springfield and Walnut Street. This space is ideal for large business gatherings, from industry conferences to seminars.

The Cornerstone Room is an 850 square-foot meeting and presentation room that accommodates 30 people in U-shaped conference layout and 75 people for a reception. This space is equipped with audio/visual and is located on the first level of the hotel.

The Pillar Room is 250 square-feet and seats up to 16 attendees. This replicates the classic boardroom but transforms it into an intimate, stylistically-designed space. It is equipped with audio/visual and is suitable for small presentations, board meetings, and private lunches.

Springfield’s Hidden Luxury

Hotel Vandivort achieves an elegant aesthetic that makes it an appealing consideration for corporate gatherings. On top of all the modern amenities and health-conscious efforts integrated into the facility, the meeting and event spaces allow business gatherings to be more relaxed and intimate. Get away from the big city while remaining downtown; “Downtown’s Living Room” awaits your productive relaxation.
