    Highline Hospitality Partners Acquires Kansas City Marriott Downtown

    As business makes a comeback, a new investor has taken ownership of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.  Highline Hospitality Partners, an investment firm initiated in 2020 by Highline Real Estate Partners, acquired Marriott and Muehlebach towers with confidence that group business is returning.  It also purchased the re-platted portion of the historic Muehlebach Hotel.

    Aimbridge Hospitality will now manage the property under Highline’s ownership.  The hotel has 970 rooms and 35 event spaces.
