In mid-November, developer One10 Hotel HRKC LLC and Fogel-Anderson Construction commenced the building of the Hard Rock Hotel in Edwardsville, Kansas. With the future property site located at the southeast corner of Interstate 70 and 110th street, this property will overlook the Kansas Speed Way and is part of the larger Village South development.
Slated to open in summer 2021, this hotel will be managed by Evolution Hospitality. This property will contain two restaurants, a lobby bar, a Hard Rock retail store, the VIP lounge on the rooftop, and a 50,000 square-foot event center.
