The COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on our lives, both business and personal, has been unimaginable. Disruption of plans and goals is bad enough, but when life’s “normal” curveballs are incoming, the resulting situations are compounded. For instance, when an expected condition attacks a family member requiring hospitalization, rehabilitation and the extra care needed is more challenging to work into this new environment. Counting on family and friends for support is limited and isolation has become part of this new normal.
While it may be cliché, adversity can (and does) bring out the best in people. The COVID crisis is no exception.
