The conference included a golf tournament, vendor exhibition, educational workshops, networking receptions, featured speakers and a casino night.

The Greater St. Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau offered planners bags of popcorn in its interactive exhibit at the Missouri Travel Council’s joint meeting planner tradeshow on July 15, 2008. The tradeshow was held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City.

The St. Louis Area Hotel Association hosted its annual golf tournament on September 2, 2008 at the Whitmoor Country Club and Missouri Bluffs golf courses. The event was hosted by Swank Audio Visuals, Anheuser Busch and Equis Hospitality Management, LLC.
