German American Fest

This is the most German event of the year. Come and be a German too! Celebrate German-American Heritage and join in the fun, learn new stories, enjoy a German Fashion Show, hear the German Fairy Tales of the Bremen Musicians and Struwllpeter, and join in a Pop-up Trivia Contest. There will be authentic German Food and Bier, and live German singers and Dancers. $5 admission, children are free.

1:00 PM – Proclamation from the Mayor of St. Louis by the honorary German consul and introductions of the German American Committee of St. Louis
1:30 PM – Trachten Show – A fashion show for Germans
2:00 PM – Stammtisch will present the Struwwelpeter Stories
2:00 PM – St. Charles County German Heritage Club – A German Trivia Pop-Up
2:30 PM – German Cultural Society Juggendgruppe & Schuhlplatters Dance
3:00 PM – German School Association – The Bremen Musician Fairytales
3:30 PM – Liederkranz (Combined German Chorus – Live Encore Performance
4:00 PM – St Charles Ludwigsburg Sister Cities – German Student Exchanges
4:00 PM – Missouri Germans Consortium Exploring Missouri’a German Heritage – Part 1
4:30 PM – Raffle Pull – Liquor by the Wagon full!
