John Shadley is the Managing Broker/Owner-Partner at Insurance Source, Inc. He has over 40 years of noetic insurance expertise in underwriting, agency management and ownership, technical background, policy and program design, niche market projects, and insurance education.
John specializes in Insurance programs for startup companies, emerging technologies, not-for-profit organizations (including Education organizations), and “Instant Quote” event coverage for sound, stage, lighting, and production. His knowledge and experience in Insurance programs also cover standard and miscellaneous professional liability and data coverage, micro-breweries, and food truck programs.

Patti Smith has over 40 years of insurance experience working with independent & captive insurance agents. For the last 10 years, Patti has been a Senior Regional Sales Manager for West Bend Mutual Insurance Company. During her time at West Bend mutual Patti was instrumental in growing their presence in Missouri to over $22million in premium in first 9 years by introducing West Bend Mutual to Independent Insurance Agents throughout Missouri. In addition to her extensive insurance expertise, Patti has worked as a meeting and event planner for a major national corporation. Her experiences make her uniquely qualified to speak on the important considerations for insurance when planning a variety of different meetings and events.
