Early-Bird Registration is now open for EduCon 2016, the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) St. Louis Area Chapter’s annual conference. This one-day conference, taking place on December 7, 2016, provides a full day of industry educational sessions, networking opportunities and more to area meeting planners, students, and suppliers. The conference will be hosted at the iconic Chase Park Plaza, 212 N. Kingshighway Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63108.
Speakers from across the nation will participate in the event and the session line up is not one to miss. Beginning with Michele Weirzgac, MSED, CMM who will kick off the conference with her compelling session “Lighting the Path: Inspirational Leadership Increases Engagement.”
EduCon 2016 offers a wide variety of speakers and topics ranging from audio visual experiences, strategic meeting alignment, social media separation for your personal and professional channels, to staying safe while traveling. These topics and more will provide an inspiring day concluding with Dan Markin leading us on an introspective journey to overcome any obstacle through successful thought.
Early Bird Registration fees (through November 11th) for EduCon are $160 for Members and $185 for Non-Members. Regular registration rates are $195 Members and $230 for Non-Members. To attend a half-day session (AM or PM including lunch), registration is $90 for Members and $115 for Non-Members. The organization is also offering a student rate of $45 and student non-members are $85 including a student MPI membership. Organizations with three or more members are eligible for a group rate discount and can register online.
Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is the largest and most vibrant global meeting and event industry association, with over 240 members in the St. Louis Area Chapter.
