Meeting planning is never as simple as it should be. Between the looming possibilities of tech mishaps, the intricacies of planning meals for complex clientele, and the slow response times of many vendors and venues, many corporate meeting planners find themselves at their wits end trying to execute plans for events of any size. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone lighten the load?

Enter: Bogey Hills Country Club. A family-owned and operated business, centrally located in the heart of St. Charles, Bogey Hills is an elegant and upscale venue prepared to assist you with all your planning needs and ease the headache of the planning process. As Amber Schuler, Director of Corporate Meetings & Social Events for Bogey Hills, explains, “One of the biggest advantages [of planning with Bogey Hills] is that you have a dedicated event planner. From the very first interactions, to the day of the meeting, we are there with you to make sure the planning process is very streamlined.”

Support for All Group Sizes and Needs

Bogey Hills can accommodate a variety of meeting types and sizes– an undervalued strength, according to Missy Palitzsch, Senior Mortgage Banker with Flat Branch Home Loans. “A lot of people think you need a big number of attendees to plan with a country club,” says Palitzsch, “But whether it’s a breakfast meeting, a large conference or a chat over cocktails, Bogey Hills really works hard to make events of any size special. They want everyone to feel welcome and to know they have a space for them.”

With state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and dedicated staff committed to assisting with any support needs, you no longer need to worry about malfunctioning microphones or spotty Wi-Fi connections. “The A/V is remarkable,” says Jessica Hedges, Director of Digital Marketing, Events & Education for the Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri, “The sound is great, we can switch between mics and music, and the screen is humungous (which helps with having 300 people in the ballroom). I’ve been to lots of other places that aren’t very helpful with AV– with Bogey Hills there’s always someone on hand to step in and help.” These sentiments were echoed by Missy Palitzsch, who says of her experience with Bogey Hills: “Everything is top-notch; [the staff] always comes in to test all systems first and make sure everything is properly connected. It makes it so easy on my speakers and for Zooming people in.”

    Tastefully Curated Cuisine

There are other aspects of corporate event planning to which Bogey Hills is particularly well-suited. Large-scale culinary production at corporate events is notoriously subpar, particularly for those with dietary restrictions– but this will not be a worry at Bogey Hills. As Hedges reports, “The chef is awesome; he always makes sure to work with our budget, demographics and dietary preferences. Everyone always comments on how good the food is– that’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.”

    Effortlessly Executed Events

Perhaps the greatest advantage of planning with Bogey Hills– the sentiment we heard repeated again and again– is the ease, flexibility, and grace with which events are brought to life. As Katie Mattingly, Event Specialist with Veterans United Home Loans, expressed: “Their quick response and ability to work within budgets and needs makes them a go-to for corporate meetings for our St. Louis office… I always know that if I’m in a pinch or need to make a quick change, our groups will be well taken care of.” Jessica Hedges expressed a similar sentiment, stating that “[the staff] has been so easy, so responsive, very flexible, with great ideas and always willing to work with our budget… I just trust them to do a good job and I trust that everything will be taken care of. They’ve never let us down.”

If you’re feeling overwhelmed planning your next corporate meeting or event, take a look at Bogey Hills Country Club. They might just take some weight off your shoulders, all while ensuring that you pull off an amazing event that will keep attendees talking for months.
