A downtown St. Louis hotel vacant since 2019 is currently listed for an online auction that will take place on March 20th.  Once an OYO hotel, a Red Lion, a Holiday Inn, and a Sheraton, common amenities listed for this 288-room building include a business center, fitness center, pool, on-site retail, on-site bar, and meeting and event space.

The historic building, built in 1929, includes murals of the 1904 World’s Fair and currently houses individually owned luxury condominiums.  In the building’s current condition, potential conversion options exist within the Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Choice, Wyndham, and Sonesta brand families, among others.
