It was announced in February that Cleveland’s Medical Mart and Convention Center would be renamed as the Global Center for Health Innovation. The building will house some of the biggest names in healthcare and charter tenants, such as Johnson Controls, GE Healthcare, and Cleveland Clinic. There are also plans in the works for an even larger exhibition space – two-thirds of which will now house the Interoperability Showcase – by 2016.
The opening of the Global Center for Health Innovation is scheduled for this October.
