The City of Collinsville is celebrating the beginning of summer with live music and a firework show on Sunday, May 30, 2021. Live music will begin at 4:30pm by Straight 6 and continue with That 80’s Band at 7:00pm. A fireworks show will follow the National Anthem at 9:15pm. Food trucks will be on site to allow the purchasing of food and drinks.

Due to the State of Illinois COVID-19 mitigations, general admission to the event is NOT allowed this year. Individual “pods” will be sold for groups of up to eight individuals for onsite viewing of the fireworks at a cost of $25 per pod. Pods will measure 10′ in diameter and come with two (2) reserved parking spots at Gateway Convention Center and eight wristbands. To comply with current mitigations, this is a physically distant event. Masks must be worn outside pods.

*You must have a ticket/wristband in order to attend this event onsite. If you do not have a ticket/wristband, you may watch the fireworks from an offsite location.

VIP tickets are also available and include access to the Collinsville Aqua Park VIP area beginning at 6:00pm, swimming in the leisure pool, all-you-can-eat food, four (4) drink tickets, and one (1) reserved parking spot for $40 per adult. Children’s VIP tickets are available for $25 each and do not include a parking spot. Capacity at the Aqua Park will be enforced per the current state mitigations. Masks must be worn to enter the Aqua Park and when physical distancing cannot be maintained. To more information and to purchase a Pod or VIP Tickets, visit collinsvillefireworks.eventbrite.com
