Big Cedar Lodge is set to open its doors to debut a new event space, Bass Pro Shop’s Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Located in Ridgedale, Missouri, this outdoor attraction is a 20,000-seat amphitheater and is now home to the brand-new professional Missouri Thunder Bull Riding team. Surrounding by the Ozark mountains, Thunder Ridge Nature Arena will make its public debut in the highly anticipated three-day PBR Team Series event “Thunder Days” from September 23-25.
The exciting weekend event celebrates the Ozarks’ entertainment venue expansion, featuring fun events for the whole family, including airshows, tailgating parties, fireworks, cookouts, meet and greets with the Missouri Thunder PBR team, interviews with outdoor celebrities, and many more activities. Throughout the events, guests can watch the PBR team face off in a team series competition each day.
“Thunder Days” will be closely followed up by the new concert venue’s premiere featuring Garth Brooks from September 30 through October 2. These upcoming events are only the beginning for Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, with the venue planning to host at least 50 events annually.
According to Big Cedar Lodge, Thunder Ridge is already being toted as the most unique nature amphitheater in North America.
