On Friday, August 28, Urban Chestnut’s Bierhall in the Grove held an Open House to showcase its extensive meeting and event options for planners. The lively environment and variety of event and catering options at both locations, along with their mobile van, makes Urban Chestnut a great choice when planning your next corporate event.
The Grove Location
Urban Chestnut’s Brewery and Bierhall has five different event spaces ranging in capacity from 10 guests to 120, as well as the option to rent out the full facility. In all the spaces, catering is available through Fordo’s Killer Pizza or through other Niche Food Group restaurants depending on their availability.
Companies can rent a section of the Bierhall, seating themselves in a roped off section of tables located in the main Bierhall, creating a separated but elevated atmosphere that maintains the lively dynamics of the main space. A more laidback option, the Zwickel Lounge can host up to 30 guests and has a variety of games, including a pool table, shuffleboards, and Golden Tee.
For planners looking for more private areas, The Stammtisch Room fits up to 70 guests, has 5 TVs, and a dedicated bartender to serve beer, wine, and cocktails during the event. The Schnickelfritz Room holds up to 60 guests, and has its own microphone, speakers, and projector system for planners seeking an intimate space to present. The Terrace, a covered patio immediately adjacent to the Bierhall, is also an excellent option for a secluded space that maintains the fun and upscale ambience Urban Chestnut provides.
Midtown Location
Urban Chestnut’s Brewery and Biergarten in Midtown also boasts an array of event space options, and the option to rent the entire facility. Planners can choose among three event space options, accommodating between 30 to 100 guests. Catering from UCBC Midtown is available in each space.
The Barrel Room comes with a private bartender, and the windows adorning the walls add to the airy vibes of the space. For those looking for a smaller, more private space, the Biergarten Hideaway, akin to its name, offers that secluded feel. Planners also have the option to partially rent out the Biergarten, enjoying an outside event space.
