Salad:Puffed pastry baked brie – served on a bed of baby greens dressed with a champagne vinaigrette, candied walnuts and grenadine caramelized red onions
Main Course: (Choice of 1)
- Grilled tri tips – served with a duet of sauces
- Pan seared ruby trout – served with a white wine and lemon beurre blanc
- Wild mushroom dullexe and cream cheese stuffed airline chicken breast – served with a rosemary and garlic veloute
All main dishes include duchess potatoes and vegetables du jour and dinner rolls.
