The Hoffman Family of Companies recently announced that they are proposing a 12-hole golf course north of Balducci Vineyards in Augusta, Missouri. This $10-$15 million project is projected to commence in Spring 2022, moving the Hoffman Family of Companies’ investment toward this up-and-coming destination closer to its $125 million plan.

The 12-hole course intends to provide a quicker playing experience so guests have time to enjoy the various wineries during their visit. If guests would like to play an 18-hole game, they have the ability to play one of the six-hole loops a third time.

In addition to this golf course, construction for its first luxury hotel will begin this fall.
