This fall, the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is hosting STL Education Day 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Chesterfield from Monday, October 21, 2019 – Tuesday, October 22, 2019. The event theme is National Travel Focus with Global Perspective!
An evening reception will take place the night before on October 21, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. On October 22, 2019, from 7:15 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., attendees will a morning and afternoon filled with two General Sessions and two Breakout Education Sessions.
Registration begins at 7:15 a.m., with breakfast and the first General Session taking place from 7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. During this time, all attendees will receive an update on The Covering House and the STL International Lambert Airport, along with a presentation on “Balancing Buyer & Supplier Relations”.
The first Breakout Education Session stretches from 9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., and attendees have an option to learn about Cyber Security, Risk Management, or TSA / Global Entry Updates. The second set of Education Sessions spans from 10:10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., and attendees can choose between Airspeed Dating with the Airlines, Cyber Security, or the Risk Management presentation.
After the Breakout Education Sessions have ended, lunch and General Session two run from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Travel Manager Panel will present on Experience with Intelligence, along with discussing trends and issues within the industry.
STL Education Day 2019 ends with a brief conclusion from 1:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., sending its attendees back into the world with renewed, Global Perspective. MM&E is a proud partner of GTBA’s STL Education Day 2019, and we both look forward to seeing you at the event!
