All Initial Hospitality Industry Relief Emergency (HIRE) Funds Allocated in Kansas

The Hospitality Industry Relief Emergency (HIRE) Fund was to provide bridge loans for the state’s hospitality sector during the COVID-19 crisis, but the Kansas Department of Commerce announced that all their initial funds have been distributed until new resources become available.

Hospitality-related businesses can still fill out a form to share how COVID-19 has impacted them, however, it does not guarantee that they will receive HIRE funding. The Kansas Department of Commence advises that small businesses apply for a
U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Relief Loan for the time being.
