[Our CVB] commissioned a survey to determine meeting and convention planner perceptions of [our city’s] facilities and services. The survey included questions related to other areas such as "What professional meeting periodicals do you most often read?" The response to that question was surprising. 73% listed [MEET Missouri] as the publication they most often read, followed by Successful Meetings at 45.9% and Midwest Meetings at 37.8%

We had 52 planners return the survey. These were corporate and association planners from throughout the state of Missouri and they represented a range of meeting sizes (from less than 100 to more than 1000 attendees). Woodruff Communications supervised the study. It is considered statistically valid.
