Have you ever had business meetings scheduled and you just don’t feel like you have the energy to make it through the meeting? Whenever I feel this way, I like to bring my favorite healthy drink options to get me through with nutrients, as well as to keep myself hydrated to stay focused. Here are my top five favorites.
Green Tea
Green tea contains caffeine for a gentle energy boost, along with L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation and focus. It’s great for providing sustained energy without the jitters, and there are no added sugars, so you avoid any crashes later in your day. Green tea is a very common, stocked beverage option at most meeting facilities, which makes this a convenient choice.
Matcha Green Tea
Matcha green tea is a finely ground powdered green tea known for its concentrated antioxidants and moderate caffeine content. It provides a sustained energy boost and is often considered a healthier alternative to regular coffee. Matcha can be served as a hot or cold beverage, making it versatile for different meeting settings. It is not the most common drink at meeting facilities, but it is easy to find in coffee shops to order beforehand for pick up or delivery. Some restaurants even deliver matcha lattes through online delivery services.
Mineral Water
Mineral water offers the benefit of natural mineral content, including essential electrolytes like calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which can help replenish the body’s electrolyte balance and maintain proper hydration. This can contribute to sustained energy levels and overall well-being during meetings and throughout the day. Mineral water is sometimes offered at meeting facilities or can usually be stocked per request. It is easy to find in most health food stores, or in the water section of larger retailers.
Happiness Drinks Detoxifier
Happiness drinks detoxifier is a superfood drink powder mix with organic, nutrient-dense ingredients. One serving provides 250% your daily recommended vitamin B12, which boosts energy and increases focus. It is in a small, easy-to-carry bag, with a scoop already provided. You can have it set out with filtered water at your meeting for participants to make themselves a drink, or you can have it prepared in a shaker cup for participants to pour themselves.
Coconut Water
Coconut water is rich in electrolytes, making it a great choice for hydration and maintaining energy levels. It’s a natural way to replenish fluids and maintain focus without the added sugars of traditional sports drinks. Coconut water is not usually offered in business meetings, but it is easy to find in most health food stores, or in the water section of larger retailers.
