MM&E Regional Meet-Up Debuts May 19th-20th at DoubleTree St. Louis – Chesterfield Hotel and Conference Center.
The first MM&E Meet Up! in Kansas City received outstanding reviews last year, so a Regional Meet Up! in Saint Louis will be held on Monday, May 19-20, 2019. This event will be unlike any MM&E Expo in the past.
The Meet Up! first debuted in Kansas City in fall 2018. More than 90 percent of attendees who completed an evaluation said they felt that attending this event was a good investment. It is full of opportunities for fun and networking, as well as great food and relevant education sessions. In addition, all of KC’s Meet Up! attendees who completed this evaluation stated that they met someone new in the industry.

Like the previous Meet Up!, there will be ample opportunities to meet and network with representatives of the best suppliers in the event planning business, including cvb’s, hotels, resorts, caterers and other professional service providers during a condensed, tabletop tradeshow-like session. Because the new schedule will allow for flexible attendance, we anticipate a diverse group of planners from corporate, association, government, religious, healthcare, and independent sectors.
Further, we will have incredible breakout education sessions that will be valuable for suppliers and planners alike. In the past, we have had cooking and table setting demonstrations, motivational speeches, self-defense and safety talks, and instructional sessions on a range of topics including event insurance, maximizing social media, organization, communication, marketing, leadership, and so much more! This year we will continue the tradition of high-quality presenters and topics while focusing on making your meetings and events safe, fun, and rewarding for every attendee.
